Following the publication of Qualifications Wales Extended Extraordinary Regulatory Framework (EERF) for Vocational Qualifications (12 October 2020), Agored Cymru has prepared detailed guidance documents for supporting assessment of learners during the pandemic for year 2020-21.
Recognised centres are advised to log into their Agored Cymru accounts to access these documents through the COVID19 section.

It is important that centres adhere to the guidance within the documents.  Should adaptations be necessary, these must be approved by Agored Cymru prior to implementation.  Please complete the assessment Adaptation Submission document to inform us of any adaption that you propose to make.

Centres are encouraged to contact us if they need any further support or guidance.

In the current circumstances Agored Cymru offices are closed, with all staff working remotely to ensure you continue to receive excellent customer service.

Please continue to use the same telephone numbers, which are 01248 670011 and 02920 747866.  However, you can avoid any longer than usual wait times by emailing us.   We have our full team ready to respond very promptly to email enquiries.

Please do call us if you need to, but we do encourage you to email centre.support@agored.cymru instead. We’ll be monitoring emails to this address even more closely, so this is the best way to reach us.
